We do not mark up shipping rates. The cost you see is the live rate provided by UPS.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. You may track your shipment directly on the UPS website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Additional fees required to reroute or reship packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
